Accommodation Rules:
- No noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM;
- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbors;
- Parties or events are prohibited;
- Pets are allowed;
- To check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older;
- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted in the accommodation, even for visitors;
- Compliance with these and other house rules, as stated in the Local Accommodation Book, is mandatory;
- A security deposit of €300 is required on the day of check-in, which will be refunded up to 7 days after check-out;
- A municipal tourist tax of €2 per person/per night will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;
- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and to accommodate any special requests.
